Through the Traveler’s Lens

This series is a visual diary of her travels across the world over the span of more than ten years. Each piece captures a fleeting moment, a fragment of a place as seen through the eyes of a traveler - an outsider looking in. With watercolor pencils, she embraces the spontaneity that travel demands. Compact and versatile, the medium allows her to document the essence of a scene wherever she goes.

In these drawings, she strives for an objective portrayal, observing as a stranger might: from a certain distance, aware that she can only grasp the surface of the reality before her. Yet, it is precisely this distance that lends the works their unique perspective - a blend of curiosity, wonder, and respect for the unknown.
